Robeez Review & Giveaway

We recently had the chance to review a few of the newest styles from Robeez, a pioneer in the soft sole infant shoe industry, and we have loved the experience!  In 1994, Robeez was born and has now grown into a product that is an essential footwear item for all babies & toddlers.

Our big kids wore these comfy shoes as babies and toddlers and now our young girls are wearing these useful and cute shoes that are simply ideal for little feet. Robeez are lightweight, washable, comfortable and come in dozens of styles and colors. We love the combination of multi-colored applique with sturdy embroidery that really stands up to rough toddlers. Robeez are awesome for all stages during the first two years of life. For pre-crawlers they keep baby socks secure by the elasticized ankle band and help little feet stay warm while outside. For crawlers, these innovative shoes are excellent because they don't get in the way or get caught on anything while scooting around the floor. And for walkers we love that these do not interfere with the natural process of learning to walk, since they allow the child to feel the ground under their feet, just like being barefoot.  They also have a non-slip suede outsole that prevents slipping, they're a perfect learning to walk shoe.  Robeez also act as a great indoor slipper during the colder months or when wearing shoes inside isn't appropriate.  These are often our go-to shoe during in-home play and everyday life.

For 2013, Robeez released a handful of bright new colors, embroidery designs, and appliques that are perfect for spring and summer!  We especially love the various floral options for girls and the animal and theme appliques for boys.  We also like the new coordinating designs, such as the pastel green butterfly soft sole (pictured at left) where half of each applique design is found on one shoe or the other.  This creates a bit of entertainment, toddlers will sporadically put their feet together throughout the day to complete the image and practice saying the word of the image.  We also spotted new stitching on the bottom sole of select new Robeez, a cute accent that we've really enjoyed.  This stitching is a nice sight to see for little crawlers and when peeking back at the wee one in the car seat while driving.  It's also a great example of how Robeez is determined to continually improve their product through design and style.  Overall our spring 2013 review has been awesome, and we can't wait to see our little ones continue to grow wearing Robeez!
