Florsheim Kids Review + Giveaway

This season's Florsheim Kids shoes are simply awesome, they feature a diverse variety of footwear suitable for multiple needs. Styles range from dressy to casual, and everything in between. Florsheim is known for their handsome men's line, but now your little man can match his dad with the same comfort, quality and style!

 

The first shoe we want to talk about is the Valco Moc Toe Jr. This useful boot is lightweight, flexible and comfortable. The best feature and a favorite of both parent and child is the fact that they simply "pull on" with faux stretchy laces. This is an incredible feature that makes getting out the door much easier. The red laces add a pop of color to any outfit and really tie together any look. Sam has worn these boots with his school uniform, jeans and a plaid shirt, the outfit pictured above, as well as many other combos. The Valco Moc Toe Jr is also lined with cozy red plaid fleece, which was such a pleasant surprise, it really helps to keep little feet a bit warmer in chilly weather. Something else we appreciate about these cool boots is the durable leather. These aren't easy to scuff up. They've been to the playground, the park, school and most recently - the pumpkin patch. Not a single scuff and they look better than ever. These boots are definitely a favorite this Fall & Winter!

Another shoe we were able to review was the leather Nowles Penny Loafer Jr. in brown, a classic example of Florsheim Kids fine quality dress shoes.  The first impression we had for the Nowles Penny Loafer Jr. after seeing them in person was the excellence in craftsmanship that went into making these.  The beef roll stitching is finely done, and doesn't pose a threat whatsoever of coming undone, and there wasn't a single touch of adhesive residue anywhere near the sole.  This shoe is superbly made, and screams "high-quality", it is clear there are excellence standards in the construction of Florsheim shoes!   The next best attribute of these shoes are the ease of which they can be put on and taken off.  The lack of laces and simple method for putting these on make them a go-to shoe for every special event (such as church, fancy dinners, etc.).  The leather on these loafers is fairly dark, so they look especially great with lighter colored khakis and darker wash blue jeans.  This particular shoe is also available in black, which would look especially sharp for the holiday season.  We love this shoe and can't urge you enough to take a closer look, you won't be disappointed.
